Our Paella is cooked on full display of your guests in large purpose built paella dishes on a gas stand. Served in modern disposable dishes with crockery. Easy to eat while standing and socialising. Ask about our variations from traditional Spanish, vegetarian as well as our Northumbrian twist.

Our Tapas range is as big as your imagination, we can keep things traditional with dishes like Patatas Bravas in a traditional Tomato Sauce or put mix things up and develop bespoke dishes to your taste like Meatballs in a Tomato & Herb Sauce. All dishes are served in a variety of traditional spanish crockery. Tapas is ideal for those events where finger food is best suited and Canapes may be to formal.
