Over the years we have built up a fantastic team of chefs, event managers and service team members with a wealth of experience and extreme passion in providing an excellent service to all our clients.

Our purpose designed five star kitchen facilities on the outskirts of Newcastle upon Tyne allow us easy access to the A1; catering up to the Scottish Borders, down to North Yorkshire and all that lies between! We have built up a great relationship with local and reliable suppliers in order to offer our clients the best quality and freshest ingredients.

Health and Safety is very important to us, which is why all our staff are highly trained, as well as holding all the relevant certificates and insurances to cater for any event. All health and safety legislation and regulations are strictly adhered to with precision on every event, providing all risk assessments and method statements which are reviewed regularly.

I can certainly recommend Jackson’s Caterers. They helped us out at short notice and offered a range of options to suit our budget. They were more than accommodating as our numbers increased after the deadline date, and even on the night itself. The food was great and although it was a buffet the serving of it was controlled by the staff so that there was some formality.
