He was very knowledgeable about the food and wine to accompany the meal offering recommendations where appropriate. Matt visited our house to discuss what we wanted then invited use to try his food which was exquisite. Matt was very reassuring and always prompt on his replies to us. His relaxed approach put you very at ease and no job was ever of any bother to him. We submitted our dietary requirements to him and there was not one problem on the day. We received lots of comment about the quality of the food from our guests and have recommended him to a friend who has now booked him. We would strongly recommend Matt to anyone that requires a catering service and we would not think twice about using Matt in the future. A first class service, 10 out of 10.
