‘Massive thank you to your team for the BBQ catering at our charity fundraising event at our Head Quarters in Stockton on Friday 13th May. All our employees were extremely impressed with the quality of food and if anything the only complaint was that they wanted more! We were not lucky enough to have the weather on our side for the day but the team came equipped for all weather with a marquee, and served with no problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend!’

The food went down very well and there was plenty for everyone to get seconds. Several of our party commented on how tasty the pork was. We appreciated how you were able to accommodate some later arrivals without us feeling like you were in a hurry to get away.

Jackson Catering provided a BBQ for our annual staff summer social event, the service from initial enquiry to the day of the event was excellent, Matt was happy to adapt the menu to suit our requirements and answered any queries promptly. The BBQ on the day was beautiful, all our guests complimented the food, the portion sizes were more than adequate and they were happy for us to keep the leftovers. The guys running the BBQ were efficient, polite and very tidy. I would highly recommend them.

The food was great, everyone enjoyed it and commented on how nice it was. The timings were all spot on and as planned. The service was brilliant, we had some leftover food which your team wrapped up for people to have later. The two bar staff were fantastic and really helped the event run smoothly. One of the staff had supported us for the last few years so he knew exactly what we needed.
