Me and Andy just wanted to say a HUGE thank you, you and your team really made the whole wedding weekend! I’ve had so many comments from people saying how well fed they were all weekend, how much they enjoyed the food and in particular what a lovely service (with a smile) from all of your team. There was a special mention, and I quote ‘what a lovely man the ginger-bearded one was, nothing was too much trouble, no matter what time of the day it was!’
You have been pleasure to work with from start to finish. We particularly appreciated your calm and relaxed attitude, you put our minds at ease and whatever the request you went out of your way to accommodate us.
Considering the marquee ceiling emptied a bucket of water on to your kitchen, I was very impressed the fact it didn’t phase anyone and dinner continued to be served. Only other comments that I think you should probably know, is one – that cheesecake was the BEST cheesecake I’ve eaten in years, and I know that sentiment was echoed by a lot of people, one person actually ate four of them! And two, I think your breakfast actually saved a lot of people on Sunday!
We both will be recommending your company wherever possible – a smart, well presented team, efficient, pleasant and serving consistently, delicious food.
