“Everything was absolutely spot on thank you. Jimmy and Zoe were brilliant. As mentioned this was a ‘trial’ lunch session that the architects had not thought of before.
The catering was very well received and everyone seemed to enjoy them. I did not participate myself, so am impressed with my own will power!
The presentation of the food was exactly as you described too, with the plates and cones being the right blend of traditional and more up-market.
I have also suggested to Ryder that if this format is something we can use again to let us know, and I would sure to make Jackson’s first choice for the catering again.
