The two members of staff you sent were very friendly and professional and set up surprisingly quickly- possibly in part due to the impending rain. The food was great and seemed to all get eaten despite people being reluctant to brave the rain.
I would definitely use jacksons caterers again. I was nervous about using a catering firm as I am a hotel manager and thought I would have unrealistic expectations but I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Please say thank you to the two staff who worked on the day
