James and Laurie (hope I got names right, I was still in organising mode when they introduced themselves!!) provided an excellent meal at Shortflatt Towers for us on Saturday. Could not have asked for anything better; table was presented beautifully, looked lovely as we walked into the dining room. I was impressed with the place settings: my only OCD passion is that cutlery is uniform and ours was were set out like little soldiers—perfect!!
Food was delicious, all courses timed to perfection and piping hot. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Overall a fabulous evening, would certainly consider personal catering again instead of a restaurant for a similar occasion. Although we do like to eat out most week-ends this option was ideal for a celebration meal with friends and family. My experience with yourself during booking stage and during the event on Saturday was friendly and professional throughout. Huge thanks again to all, needless to say I will be recommending your company to anyone thinking of a similar event: I just need to find a reason to hire you again ourselves!
