We only have good things to say really! Correspondence with Matt was professional from the start, which gave us great confidence, and as the day approached, the clear wealth of experience meant a great weight off our minds. In the weeks leading up to the event you were organised and extremely responsive to our queries.
On the day, we were very impressed how you just got on the the job with no fuss, given the unfamiliar venue, and the changeable weather. Jimmy, the on-the-day boss, was visibly reassuring and only needed to consult us to check the odd timing. All the staff were cheerful throughout and gave me, the bride, all due extra attention!
The hog roast was delicious and there was plenty of it. Most importantly (for many of our guests!), the wine never ran out, despite appearing to run freely from mid afternoon, so clearly quantities were well monitored. Everyone coped well with all the extra bits and pieces of responsibility which come with a very ‘DIY’ wedding – even the unexpected bat in the ballroom!
All in all, on the day we were able to sit back and relax much more so than I was expecting to. So thank you! We unreservedly recommend you for our style of informal event catering, which matched our the relaxed tone of our wedding perfectly.
Thanks again. Maybe we’ll be back to you for an anniversary at some point. We’ll have several years of recovery first, though!
