Thank you so much for the food today. Everyone commented on how nice it was, and from a company point of view, the fact that it arrived on time, was beautifully presented and tasted good, was a lot of stress removed for us!

Just to say thanks for providing catering for us yesterday afternoon. I must say the popcorn came down very well and we received lots of positive feedback about it. It’s nothing confirmed or certain yet but we might be interested in using your services on our open days between January and April. I will be in touch about it sooner to the winter.

Just to give you some feedback on the lunch today. It all went down really well and the lunch you provided was very tasty, plenty of variety and very nicely set out. It arrived very promptly with a guy who was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Jackson Catering to anyone wishing to arrange any type of lunch. We are always looking for variety, a change to the norm and one comment that was made from the team was the sandwiches were tasty and the fruit was in managable pieces to be able to eat around a meeting table whilst discussing business matters and handling paperwork at the same time. If we can alter the order to include some even more different inclusions to lunches then this would be very much appreciated.

I am very pleased with how Saturday went and yes everyone appeared to enjoy it! I have had no negative feedback about the food, everyone including myself thought it was fantastic, both flavours of pies were lovely.
Regarding feedback – I thought it went really smoothly, the food was great as was your service. You and the guys are lovely to work with and very helpful – nothing is a bother, which is how we like to work too. You are the first catering company we would happily recommend to clients!

thank you very much for all your help at the Great North Run it all worked very well on the day and we have had some good feedback from the runners .
We had expected we would have to go and get the boilers up, set them up and fill them up so it was really fantastic that you did that for us. Your team were really helpful on the day helping us get water, when you have 300 runners and only a few staff at an event it was really brilliant that they were able to help us with all of that and all the staff were really polite and friendly.
I am afraid that I don’t have any testimonials from the runners but if it helps I can tell you that we surveyed our runners about the event and one of the questions we asked was about food and drinks at the tent and we had 35% of people say it was good and 65% saying that it was excellent.
Once again thank you for all your hard work at the Great North Run, the fact that everything ran so smoothly really helped.
