Jacob and Tori catered for my daughter’s wedding in December 2015 and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received.
From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for Matt, who dealt with every stage of the planning and responded to emails immediately, whatever the time of day or night! Every request was accommodated and when changes were made, even right up to the last few days, he just took them in his stride.
The service on the day was excellent, with all the staff being friendly, unobtrusive and highly professional, as they served a formal 3-course meal to around 150 guests, then started all over again to serve 300 hot roast sandwiches in the evening.
Jacob and Tori provided an excellent service and value for money, and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone planning an event, large or small.

Thank you for all your help planning what we needed and helping us to make decisions about food choices and the requirements for the day. And thank you to all the wonderful staff for such fantastic food and incredible service. All the staff were friendly and extremely hard working. They made everything run smoothly. We cannot fault them. Beth was great, greeting us with a very much needed glass of bubbly on arrival and she kept us informed of everything all evening.
The food was absolutely delicious! Many of our guests commented on how delicious it was. Some had expected ‘typical wedding food’ and were very pleasantly surprised by how fab the food was.
We had a lot of guests and the catering team and bar staff were just great! It wasn’t just the food and service, but the additional touches that you did for us, such as switching the candles and lights on, setting out the tables, cutting up the cake etc. We will definitely be recommending you to anyone who needs caterers for weddings or other events! Thank you so much to Jacksons catering!! I contacted 3 companies for a BBQ/hog catering quote, Matt replied quickly and politely. We discussed our requirements and advised him it was a village hall reception with 1950s theme. He suggested a popcorn and candyfloss machine.
Matt delt perfectly with our constant queries and ever changing requirements. Once we realised it was definetly going to rain he pitched up in a tiny corner of the hall, nothing was too much trouble.
The food was delicious and filling (it even wasn’t a problem that we added a few bits and pieces to the salads ourselves).
They cleared themselves up and were replaced by the popcorn and candyfloss machines. These went down a storm and everyone thought it was an amazing idea!!!
This style suited our wedding perfectly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jacksons catering at all.

Excellent service from start to finish. Replied to any emails pretty much immediately. Offered good value on the food; all guests commented how lovely the BBQ food was. They had arrived and set up without me even noticing and were very patient to the fact we didn’t eat until a good half hour (maybe more) than we had asked them to serve due to the speeches running over! Lovely helpful staff. They were also packed and gone with out a peep and left us with a little banquet of leftover sausages and burgers!
Fantastic service from start to finish! If we hadn’t all been so full we would never have known u had been!!
