“We would highly recommend Jackson’s Catering!

They recently catered our wedding. We had posh pie and mash with an afternoon tea style dessert for the main meal and Jackson’s also provided an evening buffet.  We had so many comments about the delicious, piping hot, beautifully presented food.  There were quite a few non-meat eaters, including us, and the veggie option was very tasty. 

We couldn’t believe that a company that are so reasonably priced created such excellent food.  Matt was incredible in the lead up to the wedding day, using his initiative but ensuring that he understood exactly what we wanted, and he delivered on the day despite there not being a functioning kitchen on site! All our email queries were responded to promptly, nothing seemed impossible or too much trouble for him.  Both Matt and his staff were polite, professional, dedicated and went practically unnoticed on the day.  Their timing was perfect and they even did additional work outside of their remit to help make our day run smoothly.  We cannot thank them enough!”

Right from the start Matt has been amazing and extremely helpful, even visiting us at home on a Sunday after a long weekend working in Yorkshire to run through our menu.

We have nothing but positive comments. We enjoyed having a taster of our menu choices but on the wedding day the food was much better than we remembered! The afternoon tea was beautiful, served to the tables on tiered cake stands. The staff were efficient and helpful.

The fish and chips on the night were served without a hitch and everyone commented on how nice they were. We loved that they were served in brown Kraft boxes, this added to the vintage effect.

Your staff created a very welcoming environment for all of our guests and their professionalism was exceptional.  The service was efficient, flexible, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The Pimms Reception and Canapés were amazing and a stunning welcome to the venue.  I cannot praise highly enough the attention to detail which was adhered to by all of your staff.
